The company was very upfront with the nature of the car transport business and was responsive to my e-mails and phone calls. Though there was a delay in pick-up, I was not someone who needed the car shipped immediately. When I called regarding why a driver had not been found my car yet, Tom, my contact person, recommended that I wait for Monday, as that is the day most orders come in. Sure enough, on Monday I received a call from a driver and my car was picked up that same day.
