The process was reasonably smooth.

The price was competitive. (It was a bit lower than most other quotes).

I was expecting to the car to be delivered to my address but I ended up having to meet the carrier a couple miles from my house because the carrier could not drive on city streets. This wasn't a tragedy but was not what I was expecting.
