Tom, at Safe direct Car shipping, is the greatest at communication and keeps you up to date to the happenings of the car delivery process pre and post delivery/pickup. I was assigned Coval Transport Inc. and these guys were punctual, prompt, and honest. There were no hidden costs or any problems with pick up and delivery. I am definitely using Safe Direct again!
