Our initial experience with SafeDirect was very positive and professional. Jason was very helpful in explaining things and the online videos were very informative. Shortly after placing our order Jason called to tell us that AMKO Automovers would be shipping the car. They came on July 2 as promised and were very professional about looking over the car for damage etc. We said that the car should not be delivered before July 9 in Pennsylvania because our daughter would not be there until then to receive it and were told it would be delivered on July 9 or 10. We heard nothing for a week. When we called on July 9 we were told it would arrive on July 12 or 13. On Wednesday we were told it would be delivered Thursday, on Thursday we were told it would be delivered Friday. On Friday our daughter was told it would be delivered that evening, but in a town 20 miles away! After much calling, it was finally delivered to the parking lot of a grocery store in her town, which was perfect. The car was in fine shape. I think the only issue we had with AMKO was not keeping us informed along the way; if we had had better communication we would not have been so stressed about the delay.
