Our broker was amazing - I would for sure work with them again and refer them to anyone who asked. Our carrier was a very dissapointing experience but our broker did all they could to help with the situation even though it was out of their hands. David was always available to answer questions and provide information even though his job had been completed and I technically was working with the carrier. They deserve the 5 star rating that they have!!
