We needed to transport our daughters car from Northern California to Miichigan. After much research, I chose Safe Direct Shipping. One of the reasons I selected them was due to there reviews and I also checked with the BBB and they were in good standing. Tom, explained to me the process of how cars are shipped and the bidding process. Tom contacted us prior to the pickup date and kept in contact with us as the delivery date approached. We were very nervous about having our daughters car shipped, but we were very happy with Tom and Safe Direct. We will be using Safe Direct when we shipping the car back to California. I would also like to say that the driver, John, gave us his cell phone number and if we called, he always answered and let us know when the car would be arriving in Michigan.
