Everything the salesman Chris told me was true about my car delivery from LA to Nashville. I actually dropped off my car at the carrier's location rather than wait at home for the pick up
because that was more convenient for me. The delivery date was exactly as Chris said it would be. All my questions were answered promptly by Chris or by the online videos. My front tires needed some air upon arrival but it was not a major problem. All in all, it was an efficient, comfortable experience working with Safe-Direct.
