This was my first time to ship a car. I was worried about everything when the car would be picked up and would it be delivered at the time we needed it.
Well I'm here to inform you it was a positive experience. There was verbal through cell phone and e-mail communication from Tom in all aspects of the shipping.
Our car was delivered to us by Jamie the driver the day we requested!
I would definitely transport a vehicle with Safe-Direct car shipping again.
