The representatives from Safe Direct Car shipping were knowledgeable and stayed in contact with me during and after the car shipping process. My car was picked up on time in CA and delivered on time to NY. The drivers were friendly and stayed in contact with me via cell phone the day before the car was picked up, to make sure of the exact location. The driver that delivered the vehicle in NY called me in the morning to tell me that the car would be delivered that evening. The car arrived cleaner than when I gave it to them! I had no hassles with the experience and would recommend the company and service to a friend.
