david at safe-direct worked with me and the shipper through a couple of iterations of the schedule including a few changes at the last minute, which i appreciated. when i first discovered they were a broker and didn't own the trucks i was concerned, but the interface between them, me, and the carrier was seamless. they chose an honest and communicative driver who had some mechanical issues along the way, let me know about it, and still made it on time.
