As a female I was extremely hesitant of who I trusted in shipping my car. However, I was more than pleased with the professionalism and the care SAFE DIRECT took with my car. First of all the representative Jason was my point of contact...this guy is great! He responded immediately with a time and price needed to ship my car. I was shocked and so happy when he told me the driver could pick up my car in 2 days and the driver came at the time I requested and was ON TIME! The driver was extremely professional and took excellent care of my car from the time he picked it up until he dropped it off. He was ON TIME in dropping off my car and everything was just as it was when he first put it on the truck...not 1 scratch. Once the car was at the designated location Jason called to make sure everything went well. The entire process was such a success and made my relocation so much easier...thank you Safe Direct! I would definitely recommend your services.
