Tim is a wonderful person to deal with. As a broker it's clear that Safe Direct deals with a lot of carriers. The carriers are the guys you have to worry about. Every concern and issue I had along the way was promptly replied to and taken care of by Tim. Hard to find this type of attention and service in any industry.
