Their car shipping user videos were very helpful. I like their Damage Free Guarantee policy; because it gave us an extra layer of insurance and peace of mind. Chris from Safe-Direct was very helpful, he answered all my questions regarding the car transport via emails or phone calls promptly. It took them 18 days to find a carrier, but it's probably due to the bad weather and bad timing. They were nice enough to deduct $50 out of their broker fee to give to the carrier when the carrier asked for $50 more to do the job. The car was dirty when it's delivered. The driver was nice and gave me good suggestions as how to wash the car without getting it scratched.
