I did not have the best experience. Neither was it that bad. I was promised for a pickup but that promise was not kept. I had some trouble getting in touch with the person but it kind of sorted out towards the end. The delivery and the driver were good though. I am not sure if I will use the same company or not again.

Sorry to hear your experience was only "okay" even though we confirmed a carrier within 48 hours of your preferred date. Your timing expectation was very narrow (within 24 hours) which is not what we can guarantee even if you place an order a couple of weeks in advance. We always recommend having a few days of flexibility. Glad the driver was great and that it worked out in the end!
