Safe Direct had excellent communication throughout the process and provided accurate expectations for the car pick-up and delivery. He went above and beyond once the carrier was found to provide me with the carrier's insurance info and trucking number. For a first time car shipment, Safe Direct (Tom) made me feel very comfortable with shipping my car across the country. I wouldn't hesitate to use Safe Direct if I ever need to find a carrier to ship my car in the future.
