We shipped my wife's car from Georgia to Arizona. The overall experience was very good. The contact with Safe-Direct Car Shipping was very good and timely. Our pickup window was a little large which resulted in an early pickup and early drop off. There were some issues with the gps directions which caused the truck to go to the wrong neighborhood entrance for dropoff. The driver of the truck communicated regularly which was reassuring.
