Service Adequate, Dishonest about Rebates

Service was adequate. However... I was told if I fill out a review on this site, I'd get a $30 rebate, but I should un-check the box noting a paid review. That sounded dishonest so I asked if I'd still get a rebate if I didn't write a review. His response was "of course." I said fine, I'm not writing a review, please send me my rebate. Over a few weeks since I have received several email "reminders" that to write a review to get the rebate. Every time I've responded Matt said I didn't need to write a review to get a rebate and that my card would be credited $30. Still, there is no credit on my account. The email I got yesterday said this: "I've made a note in your file... that the $30 rebate offer stands. If we ever see a review from you go live on that site, we'll get you that 30 bucks." Again, I responded and said this wasn't what I was told earlier. Matt said don't worry about it, he had the rebate folks on it and would credit my card. That was yesterday, about 24 hours ago. There is still no credit on my account, hence this review. In summary: Decent service, but very dishonest regarding the rebates and reviews. I refuse to mark this review as unpaid, given that the clear message is that I get $30 for writing it. I suspect the "unpaid" reviews on this site are also paid. Buyer Beware.
