Matt at Ship a Car Direct was great and always kept me informed of what to expect. The cost to ship my car was increased by $50 but I was ok with that seeing it was such a long distance that it was being transported. My car was picked up two days after my preferred date but it all worked out. The driver that was transporting my vehicle didn't keep in touch with me and I had to call Diesel Auto Express a few times to see what was going on. My car did make it across the country in 7 days which was less time than what I was told (10-14 days).
