Matt was prompt, easy to talk to and very through with descriptions of options, cost and time frame.The price I was quoted, $675, was in line with other quotes I had received. It was a combination of the reviews of Ship a Car Direct and Matt that I chose them. The carrier they assigned was prompt, picked up the day scheduled and delivered the day scheduled. They were very through inspecting the car prior to loading seeing things I hadn't even notices and then explaining the shipping process.
