We were delighted with the ENTIRE car shipping experience with Ship a Car Direct and Monway Express, Inc., in the transport last week of our automobile from Lake Forest, Illinois to Scottsdale, Arizona. Kay's work with us up-front was outstanding and she did a superb job in making the transport arrangements.

The driver, NK, also was terrific in all respects: very professional, courteous, and competent. Our car even arrived two days earlier than estimated and it was in perfect condition. NK kept us informed via text and phone calls all along the route, and he was extremely helpful in making sure that we had a well-coordinated and efficient pick-up on both ends of the transport.

We would certainly enthusiastically recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone with no reservations whatever and we will use them again in shipping our car back to Illinois.
