We had a tough delivery in that there are not a lot of transports coming to central Oregon. The best part about our experience is that Matt was completely honest. I had done a lot of research before calling and I did not get any run around at all. Matt was completely honest about the process, his role, costs, and estimated times. He stayed in touch through out the process and was always available for questions. At one point I became concerned that it might not get picked up and offered to increase my offer. Matt told me that the offer was a good one and even gave me examples of other transports that had went for less. We were just in a tough spot to pick up from and deliver to. The next day he contacted us and our car was scheduled for pick up. The driver was great and very accomodating. It showed up on time and was in perfect condition. I would recommend that you do your research and then call Matt for your car transport needs. Thanks again Matt.
