After many weeks of researching car transport companies on the Internet, and countless phone calls, I happened upon this company. Lucky for me! From the very beginning, Emily was courteous, knowledgable and professional!

I was given a fair quote and Emily explained the entire process to both my husband and me. There was no money to change hands until the vehicle was picked up and she assured us that our 5-day pick-up window would be sufficient.

Never having shipped a car before, I was freaking out when not given a confirmed pick-up date but Emily sent me several emails, assuring me that the process was proceeding as it should. And she was right! On the second day of the pick-up window, I was contacted by the actual car transporter and within hours, my car was on its way to NY. The driver they sent was extremely congenial and professional as well.

My little car arrived in 5 days and it was in perfect condition!
