I was relocating and I wanted to use Ship a Car Direct again. I made the mistake of waiting a week before my car needed to be shipped. I contacted Ship a Car Direct and they put me at ease knowing that my car will be picked up By a carrier. I instantly got a carrier and was all set. I then received a call from the carrier that their truck broke down....oooohhhhh was I worried!!!! Then Ship a car direct came through like you wouldn't believe, I got a call from a different carrier the next day. Me and my wife were staying in a hotel by the Philadelphia airport and the carrier came to our hotel even though the address to pick up was I Delaware. They were real helpful, and fast. They picked my car up Monday and delivered it the next Monday, I was expecting it later but it was great because it saved me money on my rental. Doubt I'd ever relocate again but if that situation did arise I would use ship a car direct again.
