First time shipping a car across country. Needless to say was worried having never done so. After reading internet reviews I talked to Emily at Ship A Car Direct. She was very helpful explaining everything (I had a lot of questions!). The car was picked up 2 days after the order was placed. Delivery was promised in 7-10 days. It arrived in 7 days and the transporter worked with our limited hours of being able to pick the car up. Everything went well!
