Ship-a-car Direct was a very professional company. My car arrived in perfect condition. They arrived quite a bit earlier than expected to pick up my car, but they had no problem waiting for their appointed time (though I did end up letting them pick up my car early). They dropped it off right on time. Despite the fact the drop off location was on a steep hill, they made accommodations to have a smaller truck bring my car to me so I didn't have to go anywhere to pick it up. The cost was reasonable and competitive. The professionalism and patience of Dale at Ship-a-Car Direct was fantastic! I really liked the videos on the website too just to give me good peace of mind about the whole process.
