I was extremely nervous about shipping my car across the country. I have a brand new Jeep, I had never shipped before, and the horror stories I heard from friends and read online had me quite spooked. Not to mention I needed my car picked up within the week!
After much research and a recommendation from an acquaintance, I went with Ship a Car Direct. I put all of my trust in one company - I didn't play the game of stringing multiple brokers along, looking for the best price or quickest bite. I didn't have the time, so I put all my eggs in one basket - and I definitely made the right decision.
I spoke to Matt when I called and he was excellent, from that first phone call and every step along the way. Emails from Matt and the dispatch team at Ship a Car Direct were extremely informative, very clear, and made the process a breeze, quite frankly. I was recommended a price that would have my car on a carrier within my short time frame. My car was actually picked up a day early, which was fantastic for me, as I was leaving California and would have had to leave the keys with someone else which would have been a hassle - but let me say that Matt and his team were perfectly willing to work with me if that had been the case. There was no maintenance needed on my part during the haul- I simply received a call from the carrier a week or so later and they told me where to be, and when. I felt very safe with Matt and with Ship a Car Direct. They were great from CA to NJ (can't get much further than that) and I would use them again without question.
