David at ship a car direct was great very efficient and followed through with all calls and emails. David was awesome! The company they used delivered the car didn't communicate when car was being picked up. When I called them they answer the phone "hello" you have no idea who or if you are calling the correct number. So as far as communication with carrier for the pick up in Jersey it wasn't so good. But for the drop off in Cali we received the car a day early. Talk about fast cross country service. The car had a huge oil stain on the hood of the car but it wasn't damaged when it arrived. Also my next concern was price change when car was delivered but David promised there wouldn't be any price change and there wasn't. So would I called ship a car direct again... Yes!
