I was referred to "ship a car direct" through a colleague.
My colleague shipped his car through a different carrier. They did not pickup his car even 3 days after the promised pickup time and the customer service was not responding properly. So, he called up his "ship a car direct" contact(David) who provided valuable information to my colleague even though he did not choose "ship a car direct" for shipping. That is the reason my colleague advised me to use "Ship a car direct".

This is my first time shipping a car and I am glad I used "Ship a car Direct".
They were very honest and clearly explained the prices and availability of dates to me.
They gave a competitive price to me. My car was picked up and delivered on time without any damages.
They also followed up with me during the pickup and delivery and provided valuable tips like taking pictures of the car before pickup.
