A+ Tom at Ship a car Direct was very helpful and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their web site offered very helpful videos about transporting my car and Tom answered all other questions. I was very pleased with the Royal Auto Transport and their driver Cam who were contracted to do the actual move. Very good communication, prompt service. I would recommend Ship A car Direct to anyone looking to safely transport their car. A+
