Review on Ship A Car Direct: My rep Scott was knowledgeable and professional. He quoted a fair price and followed up with informative videos on the move. It''s my first time transporting a car across country so I had lots of questions. He reassured me that I had the option of screening the trucking company before I commit. No carrier was assigned to pick up the car after 5 days of it being ready, so Scott went the extra mile to make it happen. He lowered his broker''s fee and offered the job at a higher rate. Wow! His communication and follow up were great.

Review on ALA Transport: The owner of ALA Auto Transport was amazing through the entire process which made the cross country transport comfortable. He truly cares about his customers, business, reputation, and cargo. His response time and communication were unbelievable! I don''t think he sleeps. He responded to my texts at 12:30 am EST (his time), 9:30 pm PST (my time) !!! and apologized that his driver was running late. Everything went well with an issue at no fault of his. The car above mine leaked oil onto the hood of my car, so I received it dirty. Stains were visible after initial cleaning, so I informed him. He immediately offered for me to get it polished and send him the bill!!! I didn''t expect that!! Great job!
