I used Ship a Car Direct to send my vehicle from Fremont,CA to South Plainfield, NJ. The price was fair and reasonable comparing to other providers. They assigned me CAA Transport but I was little worried because of bad reviews about CAA. I spoke to Scott who was my assigned agent for the whole shipping and he gave me the confidence to go with CAA. The pick-up was on time and delivery also on time. Whenever I call CAA about the status of my car delivery they are very responsive and gave me an estimated date of arrival. The driver called me 2 hours before on the arrival date and he unloaded my car near Target shop.

First I will give 5 stars to Scott at Ship a Car Direct for his excellent customer care and another 5 stars to CAA for prompt delivery. I will use them again
