This was the first time we have ever shipped a car. I contacted Ship a Car Direct due to the excellent reviews I read on line. I dealt with Emily. She was prompt, courteous and answered all my questions. As important she found a transporter who communicated with us regularly keeping us informed of their travel status and even the weather they were encountering.
The overall experience was very positive. The next time we ship a car it will be through Ship a Car Direct.
