Ship a Car Direct

Glad to give this review! In regards to our car transport, a 2010 family car, everything went smoothly. Tom, my contact for Ship a Car Direct, was knowledgable and professional, and easily accessible for any questions we had. After accepting the recommended transport company (after checking it out online!), Andy, the driver from that company , called the day before planned pickup, as Tom had promised, and confirmed the time for pick up the next day, as well as called 1/2 hour before his arrival, also as promised. He was professional and pleasant, and certainly knew what he was doing!! We took pictures and, together, did a complete survey of the car, before we signed and received a copy of the bill of lading. This had been explained by both Tom at Ship a Car, and through the videos available for prepping for the transport. His estimated time of delivery in California was right on, it took 4 days, and he extended the same kind courtesy to my daughter at delivery, as here. The car arrived there as it left here, no damage, no problems, and no wear and tear! Of course, after all our concern about cross country transport of our vehicle(we never did this before!), we were quite relieved all went well, and we would definitely use the Ship a Car Direct services again, as well as not have any hesitation in referring others to use the business. After all the fine service afforded during this endeavor, we would also like to add that we appreciated the communication available with both the broker (Ship a Car Direct) and the transport personnel (Paul and Andrew) - and especially the nonaggressive manner of marketing they use. Previously, a mere inquiry to another company for an estimate caused a terrible influx of emails, calls and texts, from all kinds of what seemed to be "fly by night" callers trying to get info and secure my business. Emails were sent by Tom, for our information, but they always included a notice verifying how to stop emails if we were not going to use Ship a Car Direct and wanted to stop receiving emails.
So, finally, we would just say it was great service, it was well worth the fair price paid, and since we will refer friends to them, we hope they keep doing a great job!,
