OK, I'm going dissect this into a few aspect:

1. Ship A Car end: The agent is very helpful throughout the process, answered almost every email or calls before I decided to go with them. Kept following up with me at each step so everything went reasonably smooth and fast.

2. The actually transportation end: The driver is very responsive and responsible. Contacted me in time before pick-up, shown up on time, secured my car carefully. He contacted me one day before the delivery, gave me a head-up about the second delivery. As I did not have my phone on in the early morning, he had to wait for at least 30 mins for me to pick up my car. A very nice guy, though his english is not quite fluent, I give him FIVE STARS.

3. The last but not the least: The car, arrived as it was. Of course it got a little dusty, which is absolutely legit when it crossed the country without being enclosed.
