I called to have my vehicle transported to Massachusetts. This was my first time using a car transport service and I was not quite sure what to expect. Gaby, in customer service, was my first contact. She answered all of my questions. Knowledgeable of Ship A Car Directs' service. I did not feel pressured when asking questions about their service. The quote of $925.00 was a good price. She stayed in contact with me as she was locating a carrier; keeping me in the know all the way. I gave a date that would be most convenient for having my vehicle picked up. Ship A Car Direct, was very accommodating to my request. If, I did have more questions and needed to call back, I was not treated rudely. I found this company to be trust-worthy and professional from the first call of scheduling the pickup of my vehicle, to delivery and follow-up. I believe this is a necessary trait for doing business. They inquired to make sure all was well with vehicle. It was intact, no problems. My vehicle was delivered within the time-frame given to me. I would recommend Ship A Car Direct for vehicle transportation. Customer service exceeded my expectations. Everything that was told to me was followed through.
