This was my second time shipping my car and it was a very smooth, easy process - I was skeptical of auto transport companies in general and did my due diligence before selecting a company, and Ship a Car Direct did not disappoint. Although I had issues connecting with my rep via phone, he was very quick and responsive via e-mail and they provided helpful e-mail tips and guidance on what to expect, things to check for when you receive your car, and helpful videos on the site for all the questions I had. The carriers were prompt and there was no damage - I'm quite happy with the service and will definitely use it again if I ever need to ship my car!
