Great service with Ship-a-Car-Direct, average with the brokered carrier

Fast, easy, and useful contact with my case manager who gave me everything I needed to know and tried to do whatever he could to help everything go smoothly. The brokered carrier wasn't nearly as wonderful (occasionally hard to contact, driver made us drive the car a few blocks over when there was a perfectly useful loading area next to the Costco across the street, driver rushed the hand-off process at final destination). Car arrived in same condition as it was delivered (albeit, expectedly a little dirtier due to the open carrier). Would definitely use Ship-A-Car-Direct again but ask them not to use the same carrier.
