I relocated from Illinois to California. I had my car transported via open carrier. This was the first time I have ever used a vehicle transport service. The process was hassle-free. Great communication with Scott & Dale. The actual transporter spoke very little English, and it was very difficult to communicate with him. Other than that, the transporter treated my car very well, and my car arrived to California a day early.
