Initial quote was reasonable with promise of immediate $30 rebate, but was told to fill the feedback before getting the $30 refund. Initial rep handling the order/quote/assignment of carries is a bit too busy to talk to! But the reps who handle the schedules and followup on status were very good. Handlers (guy who picked car locally in AZ) and who delivered to home from local dispatch point (in TX) were very good.
