Thank you for your feedback, Pat. Sorry we can't guarantee target dates and that your driver was a little off in his estimated arrival. We do provide timing estimates in our quotes, but we try to be clear in conversation and in documentation that carrier arrival will occur within a window of a day or two of the projected date.
