My overall experience with Ship a car was good and I worked with Matt. Matt understand your situation and provide support as needed. As per my experience, transport business is never easy :( so in my case.

1. Matt was continuously following up with career but as it was not busy route so he did not find anybody on same date but next day he was able to find one career who was ready to take only 3 car instead of 6. It costed him $150 more so Ship a car shared $75 with me.

2. I gave my office address for delivery but career was delivering on weekend but he was so rude that he will not delivery to home address and it will cost more money but Matt took this responsibility and made sure that they deliver without extra charge.

3. Car was deliver earlier than delivery date so it was good but career has not given me receipt of remaining amount but Matt tried his best to get that receipt from career.


So I think if you are going with Ship a Car , your follow up become ore easy and they are very supportive.
