Overall, was pleased with Ship a Car direct. Would have been 5 star review if I was notified 24 hours ahead of time as to when my car would be picked up. I was notified of the carrier 4 hours prior to when the carrier wanted to pick it up, but thankfully my schedule was flexible enough where I could do it. Others however may not be as fortunate and might be frustrated if they have to deal with the same situation. I believe the schedule challenges are just part of this industry as well though.
