This was my third experience shipping a car. The previous 2 were with another carrier and were uneventful but this time was truly amazing. Iurie, from Armstone, LLC contacted me less than a day after I submitted my transport confirmation. He told me when he would arrive (the following day) and he texted me along the way to confirm. He was courteous and efficient. He picked the car up on Thursday afternoon, and estimated that he would deliver the car to my daughter on Sunday (~1700 miles). On Saturday morning, around 8 AM PST, I received a text from her showing the car in front of her house. The only negative that I would cite would be the lack of advance notification of delivery to her. It was early enough that she was at home but he ran the risk of not being able to contact her since she was sleeping in and missed his first call. Extra kudos for his delivery to her door. Her neighborhood would not have been conducive to a transport delivery so he parked the truck in a nearby Lowes/Home Depot parking lot, and drove the car to her door.
