Ship a car direct overall is a good service. We had some trouble on picking up my car on the date agreed on but ship a car direct made some accommodations for me that really smooth out any misunderstandings. This is the 2nd time I have used their service. They enjoy working with consumers and more importantly keeping them happy so I would recommend this service to anyone.
