My contact was Scott! The only reason I'm rating this a 4 was because Scott was hard to contact via the phone and my car was dirty upon delivery. If you have Scott, contact him via email, he responds promptly within 24 hours of emailing. I was happy with their customer service though! Scott let me know what was happening every step of the way (when to expect carriers to contact me, what I had a carrier, checked in on me after the car was delivered, etc.)- which I really appreciated as this was my first time shipping a car. My driver was named Walter, he was with D.R. Auto Carrier. He was timely, professional and very kind! Overall, an excellent experience, and I plan to have them ship my car again once I need to go back to California.
