Overall, I think the service was good. I also needed to make this move very quickly and did not have a lot of time to make arrangements, so I needed a company that could accommodate that. My biggest issue was that Scott did not follow through on the front end and keep me updated on his progress in securing transport for my vehicle. At one point I didn't even think it was happening. On the back end, no one contacted me with updates on the progress of the delivery until I called almost 9 days later. At that time I was informed by the contracted company who transported my vehicle, and I did receive regular updates.
