Received my car 3 days ago and all seem well. Ship-A-Car-Direct was not the cheapest choice but the pricing was reasonable, and I felt somewhat comfortable that they constantly screen their carriers. My car was shipped by MK transportation from San Diego to Connecticut, it took 8 days (including a weekend). Prior to pick up date, I had to call the carrier to confirm the date, nothing outrageous but I wished that they could be a little bit more spontaneous. Pickup and delivery time were all within the time frame they gave me. Scott from the Ship-A-car-direct kept in touch with me throughout the process, so my experience was pretty positive.
