Exellent service from reservation through delivery

I had a dreadful experience with another shipper and was really worried my experience with ShipACarDirect might be the same- it was not. Stefan my agent listened to me- told me how I would be kept informed throughout the process- and then reached out to me periodically. The shipper and driver were outstanding- the driver called me with when he would arrive- updated me when he would be 20 minutes late- was thorough in inspection of the car- and then explained where the truck was going and when to expect my car. The day before the car was to arrive, the same driver called and explained that the car would be off-loaded to a smaller covered trailer because of my location in Vermont and would be delivered the next morning. He arrived as promised and reviewed the car with me again. I am not sure, but I would swear the car had been washed before delivery!
