I have never needed to ship a car before so I was a little concerned with the whole process, especially since I was shipping my car from coast to coast. I can honestly say that Bruce with Ship A Car Direct made the whole process super easy and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in the hands of strangers. The entire process from start to finish was explained clearly so I understood the timeframe of pickup and delivery. Since I was driving another car across the country while mine was being shipped it was really hard to plan exact dates but they were able to work with me and have my car dropped off at a different location near my original destination so I could have family recieve the car. The driver that made the final delivery couldn't have been nicer. All in all, I would definiitely recommend Ship A Car Direct to family and friends.
