My experience using this brokerage service was excellent. There was a fee charged for their service but it was WELL worth the time saved to secure a carrier that was reputable. The carrier was clear, honest, and completely dependable. Would absolutely use them again! Shipacardirect could have been more responsive to phone calls and emails, but in the end delivered on time.
